疏肝软坚汤对肝纤维化大鼠NAG的动态影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝软坚汤对肝纤维化大鼠的防治作用。方法:观察血清N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的动态变化。结果:疏肝软坚汤可有效地防治大鼠肝纤维化,显著降低模型大鼠血清含量,与对照组比较差异显著。结论:疏肝软坚汤可保护细胞,促进损伤肝细胞的修复;调节胶原代谢,抑制胶原的合成,促进胶原的降解。Objective:Study on the action of Shugan Ruanjian decoction(SGRJD) to prevent and cure hepatic fibrosis in rats.Method:Observe dynamic change on N-acetylglucosaminidase in rats.Result:The result show that SGRJD can prevent and cure hepatic fibrosis in rats effectively.It can significantly decrease the content of serum N-acetylglucosaminidase in modeled rats compared with the control group.Conclusion:SGRJD can protect hepatic cell,promote the rehabilitation of injured cells,regulate collagen metabolism,inhibit collagen synthesis,enhance collagen degradation.
