摘　　要：本文对３９例口腔粘膜异常增生例进行临床、病理及治疗的回顾性分析，进一步明确易恶变的疾病种类和上皮异常增生程度的分级，对根据病变程度而施予的不同治疗方法进行治疗后观察，结果表明：药物方法仅适用于核分裂象不活跃的轻度异常增生病例。This study was reviewing in analysed the clinical,histopathological and treatmental features of 39 cases suffered in oral mucosal hyperplasia.It definited the sorts of disease which may be malignantal changed and the histopathological grading cretia of Hyperplasis.The different treatmental methods were administered according to the different grade of the malignantal change.The results of the post-treatmental observation showed that the drug method only be fit for the cases suffered slight hyperplasia without nuciei differentiation.
