摘 要:目的 探讨B7分子表达与急性B淋巴细胞白血病 (BALL)发病机制的的关系。方法 Ficoll Hypaque密度梯度离心法分离出患者及正常人的外周血单个核细胞 ,体外培养 2 4h后 ,流式细胞仪检测B细胞细胞膜表达B7.1、B7.2表达的百分率 ;BALL组与正常对照组作组间比较。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,BALL组B7.1、B7.2表达及B7.1、B7.2双表达的百分率明显低于正常人 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 BALL外周血B细胞B7分子的表达存在缺陷 ,可能是BALL的发病机制之一及白血病细胞逃避机体“免疫监视”的重要原因。Purpose: To investigate the relationship between B7.1, B7.2 expression and pathogenic mechanism of acute B cell lymphocytic leukemia (BALL). Methods: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC were isolated via Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation. Flow cytometry(FCM) was used to analyze B7.1 and B7.2 expression in peripheral B cells after the mononuclear cells had been cultured for 24 hours in vitro. Results: B7.1, B7.2 expression and B7.1, B7.2 co-expression in B cells of BALL patients was significantly lower than those in normal control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: B7 expression in B cell of patients with BALL defective, which may be one of the pathogenic mechanism of acute B lymphocytic leukemia and a major cause why the body fails to clear the leukemia cells via immunological. means.
