摘　　要：采用1 2 C离子束对庆大霉素产生菌 2 3- 18#进行诱变 ,通过大量摇瓶筛选 ,选出 5株进行 2 T罐中试 ,通过中试 ,选出 2株高产变株在 5 0 T罐放大试验中发酵水平较出发菌株有重大突破 ,发酵水平及批总亿均提高 10 %以上。The gentamicin-producing strain 23-18# was radiated by 12C ion beam and obtained five mutants in shake flask test. By the pilot test in the tank of 2T, two production strains were selected. In comparison with the starting strains, the titers of these two production strains in 50T tank increased by over 10% in both fermentation performance and the overall yield.
