摘 要:精子在附睾运行中不断成熟 ,表现为膜结构的有序变化以及运动和受精能力获得等。其中 ,附睾分泌蛋白 HE5 /CD5 2、HE1等与精子膜成熟密切相关。鞭毛中巯基的变化、肉毒碱、Ca2 + 和c AMP等与附睾精子运动能力获得密切相关。与精子受精能力获得相关的附睾因素有 :1 P34H、精子黏合素、酸性附睾糖蛋白 ( DE/AEG)等附睾分泌蛋白与精子的结合 ;以及 2附睾对 PH- 2 0、受精素 ( fertilin)等精子蛋白的加工。Mammalian spermatozoa undergoes maturation during epididymal transit,including the changes of the membrane composition and acquisition of motility and fertilizing potential, and so on. Epididymal secreting proteins, such as HE5/CD52 and HE1 are important for the sperm membrane maturation. The disulphide bonds in dense fibers, carnitin, Ca 2+ and cAMP in epididymal sperm are closely related to the acquisition of motility ability. The epididymal factors associated with the acquisition of sperm fertilizing potential are the epididymal secreting proteins, such as P34H, spermadhensins and DE/AEG binding to the sperm, and sperm proteins, such as PH 20 and fertilin being processed in epididymis.
