胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人红细胞C_3b受体和sIL-2R测定

摘　　要：①目的　了解胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人红细胞免疫功能和血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)水平的变化及其相互关系。②方法　采用红细胞花环试验和双抗体夹心ELISA法 ,检测 4 0例胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人红细胞C3 b受体花环率 (E C3 bRR)和sIL 2R水平的变化 ,并与 30例正常人进行比较。③结果　胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人E C3 bRR明显低于对照组 ,而sIL 2R水平明显高于对照组 ,差异均有极显著意义 (t=9.2 1、9.76 ,P <0 .0 1)。E C3 bRR和sIL 2R呈显著负相关 (r=- 0 .5 3,P <0 .0 1)。④结论　E C3 bRR和血清sIL 2R水平测定对判断胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人的病情具有重要意义。Objective\ To evaluate the changes of immune functions of erythrocyte and levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) and their relationship in patients with malignant tumors in digestive tract. \ Methods\ Using erythrocyte rosette tests and double antibody sandwich ELISA methods, 40 patients were detected for the changes of erythrocyte C 3b receptor rosette rate (E C 3bRR) and sIL 2R, the results were compared with 30 normal persons. \ Results\ The E C 3bRR were significantly lower and sIL 2R significantly higher in the patients than that in the controls. The difference was significant ( t=9.21, 9.76, P < 0.01 ). A negative correlation was noted between E C 3bRR and the levels of sIL 2R ( r=-0.53, P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ Detection of E C 3bRR and sIL 2R levels is of great significance in judgement of the severity of patients with malignant tumors in digestive tract.
