Invasive cervical resorption. A case report with review of the literature

摘　　要：目的:分析报道1例涉及上下颌多个牙的侵袭性根颈吸收病例,为临床医生了解和及时诊断治疗这种国内尚未见报道的进行性、破坏性牙根颈部外吸收疾病提供资料。方法:结合文献报道,收集详细病史,对病损牙齿的临床及X线特征进行检查分析,探讨疾病的病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗的方法,并对部分重度吸收的患牙行修复治疗。结果:患者有正畸史,患牙牙龈组织正常,根吸收发生在紧靠上皮附着下方的牙根表面,重度吸收时牙冠可呈浅粉色颜色改变,X线表现为不涉及髓腔的牙根颈部外吸收。结论:牙周损伤病史,及特征性牙根颈部外吸X线表现是诊断该病的依据。Objective: We reported a case of multiple invasive cervical root resorption and reviewed literatures in orderto feature the etiology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of the unusual disease. Methods: History collection,systemically physical examination, clinical and radiographic dental examination were taken to the 23-year-old girl patient,and attempt to restore the severely affected teeth. Results: The patient had a history of orthodontic treatment. Resorptionoccurred immediately below epithelial attachment and the cervical coronal enamel appeared pink in color in late stage.Radiograph showed obvious evidence of resorption in the cervical area separated from the root canal. Conclusions: Thediagnosis of the disease is predictable based on the history, clinical and radiographic characteristics of the disease.
