摘　　要：从商业管理的角度,简析了现代图书馆管理上存在的问题,然后重点阐述图书馆各职能部门管理的创新。This paper discusses the problems existed in the management of library simply, and then pays more attention to the innovations in different functional department of library management from the angle of business.
