摘　　要：图书流通过程是否会产生著作权问题?关键在于读者利用外借图书做了些什么。作者对此进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。The key that is whether or not producing the copyright problems in the process of books circulation depends on what the readers do when they use lending books, which is analyzed in this paper, and the countermeasure is put forward.
