摘　　要：ISO 90 0 0族标准是国际先进质量管理经验的结晶。医院图书馆应结合自身的实际 ,把握其内涵 ,融会贯通 ,以提升管理水平。ISO 9000 family is the fruit of international advanced quality management experiences. Hospital libraries should grasp its contents and achieve mastery through a comprehensive study in order to improve their management and service as well as to satisfy their readers'demands.
