摘　　要：本文简要回顾了从传统参考咨询服务到虚拟参考咨询服务的发展过程,并介绍了当今主要的虚 拟参考咨询的服务形式,指出了虚拟参考咨询服务发展所面临的挑战。This paper reviews the development processof reference service from tradition to virtual, introduces the major types of virtual reference, points out the challenges in the development of virtual reference.
