白内障超声乳化吸除及后房型人工晶状体植入术

摘　　要：目的观察分析白内障超声乳化同期植入后房型人工晶状体手术的临床效果及并发症。方法对80例(84眼)施行白内障超声乳化及后房型人工晶状体植入手术,并将术后视力及主要并发症进行分析比较。结果术后1周裸眼视力≥1.0者9眼(11％),0.4～0.9者58 眼(69％),平均视力0.60±0.15,6月平均视力0.71±0.15。术中并发症主要是晶状体后囊膜破裂及虹膜瞳孔缘咬伤,分别为12眼(14％)和5眼(6％);术后并发症主要是不同程度角膜水肿22眼(26％)。结论白内障超声乳化吸除术具有手术切口小,术后视力恢复好,并发症少,安全性高的优越性。但初始阶段应注重正规化的培训和规范化的手术训练。Aim To observe the clinical effect of and complications of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods Phacoemulsification in combination with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was performed on 80 patients (84 eyes) and postoperative vision and major complications were observed. Results At 1 week postoperatively, uncorrected vision was equal to or better than 1.0 in 9 eyes (11%) and between 0.4 and 0.9 in 58 eyes (69%), with a mean of (0.60±0.15), which improved to (0.71±0.15) at 6 months postoperatively. Major complications included posterior capsular rupture (14%), iris bite (6%) and corneal edema (26%). Conclusion This operation has the advantage of desirable vision recovery, fewer complications and greater safety. However, formal training and standardized operation on the part of operators should always be stressed.
