白内障超声乳化术140例

摘　　要：目的白内障超声乳化术的临床总结。方法近2a所做的白内障超声乳化术140例(162眼),就其白内障类型构成比、并发症、疗效作一临床分析、讨论。结果162眼中年龄相关性白内障(老年性白内障)89眼(54.9％),糖尿病年龄相关性白内障18眼(11.1％),高度近视并发白内障41眼(25.3％),其他并发性白内障14眼(8.7％)。术后视力≥0.5的79眼(48.8％),0.3～0.4者42眼(25.9％),0.1-0.25者30眼(18.5％),≤0.1的11眼(6.8％)。主要并发症有角膜水肿15眼(9.2％),葡萄膜炎反应14眼(8.6％),后囊膜破裂3眼(1.8％),眼内出血1眼(0.60%)。除眼内出血1眼无光感外,其余经治疗后均恢复良好。结论 超声乳化术适合于上述各种类型白内障,并取得良好效果。Aim To evaluate the therapeutic effect of cataract phacoemulsificaion and lens implantation. Methods Analysis was made of 140 cases (162 eyes) of phacoemulsification performed in the past 2 years in terms of cataract types, surgical complications and outcomes. Results There were 89 eyes (54.9%) of senile cataract, 18 eyes (11.1%) of diabetic, age-related cataract, 41 eyes (25.3%) of highly myopic cataract and 14 eyes (8.6%) of other complicated cataract. Postoperative vision was≥0.5 in 79 eyes (48.8%), 0.3-0.4 in 42 eyes (25.9%), 0.1-0.25 in 30 eyes (18.5%) and≤0.1 in 11 eyes (6.8%). Major complications included corneal edema in 15 eyes (9.3%), uveitic reaction in 14 eyes (8.6%), rupture of posterior capsule in 3 eyes (1.8%) and intraocular bleeding in 1 eye (0.6%). Except the one case of intraocular bleeding who lost light sensation, all the other complications were treated with good results. Conclusion Phacoemulsification applies to all types of cataract with good results.
