摘 要:目的应用光学相干断层扫描技术(optical coherence tomography,OCT),观察正常眼黄斑区结构的图像特征。方法对50只正常眼行黄斑区OCT检查,并测量黄斑中心凹神经上皮厚度。结果 OCT图像反映了黄斑区解剖结构的特点,黄斑中心凹神经上皮平均厚度测量值为(140±6)μm。结论正常眼黄斑区OCT图像能够反映正常黄斑区结构的特点,同时可对视网膜神经上皮厚度进行精确的量化测定,有助于眼底疾病的诊断及治疗。Aim To investigate the characteristics of macula flava in normal eyes using optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods Fifty normal eyes confirmed after routine ophthalmic examination were examined with OCT, which focused on the horizontal and vertical planes crossing the central fovea. The thickness of retinal neurosensory layer at the central fovea was measured with OCT software. Results Using OCT, useful images of macula flava in normal eyes were obtained. The average thickness of retinal neurosensory layer at the central fovea was (140±6)μm. Conclusion OCT appears potentially useful for quantitative examination of patients with macular disease.
