摘  要:选用抗虫棉和彩色棉(G hirsutumL.)4个品种,在幼苗生长的不同时期,采用不同热激条件(热激温度、热激时间),研究了热激对棉花幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:热激刺激幼苗地上部生长,而抑制地下部生长。但48℃对地上部、地下部生长都有严重的抑制作用,可被认为是致死温度。根据热激效应综合判断,萌动期、42℃、2h是比较合适的处理组合,各因素间互作效应明显。不同品种对热激的反应存在差异,彩色棉中绿色棉和棕色棉间的差异明显;抗虫棉中品种间差异不大;抗虫棉与彩色棉间有一定差异,但似乎尚无规律可循。Adopting 4 cotton (G hirsutum L.) varieties of boll-worm resistance and colored-lint cotton, the effect of heat shock on cotton seedling growth was studied, heat shocked by different temperatures for different times and at different growing periods The result revealed that: heat shock stimulated the growth of the aboveground part but hindered that of the underground part However, 48℃ limited seriously the growth of the seedling both aboveground and underground, so 48℃ is considered the lethal temperature of cotton seedlingTherefore it was considered that the suitable treatment condition combination was 42℃ for 2hs at germination based on the comprehensive effect to seedling growing There existed mutual effect between any two of, or among the 3 factors There were different reflections to heat shock among the varieties The reflection difference was distinct between brown-lint variety and green-lint variety of the colored-lint cotton, and was little between DP and BG of boll-resistant cotton, but was uncertain between colored-lint cotton and boll-resistant cotton
