摘　　要：试从分析当前网络教育资源系统建设中存在的一些问题入手 ,提出如何有效地解决这些问题的方法。文章简要介绍了自行研制的教育资源系统平台的特点 ,并介绍了如何实现它们的技术 ;着重介绍了使用 XML元语言定义的教育资源置标语言 (ERML ) ,并举例说明其在应用中的优势 ;还介绍了网络教学平台设计所要的层次结构、存储技术、编码等技术。文中所述技术 ,对数字图书馆设计也有参考价值。From analysing the problems existing in the network construction of the educational resource system at the present time,the authors mainly discuss the ways to solve them effectively. While presenting the main characteristics of the educational resource system made by the authors,they focus on discussing the application of ERML defined by XML and it's advantages as well, in addition, a typical example has been mentioned in brief. At the same time,the techniques required in the teaching flat design such as hierarchy,memory, coding are also introduced.
