摘 要:为了解北京地区动物性食品中兽药残留情况,随机抽查北京京郊几家猪场、鸡场和商场,检测4种药物(盐酸克伦特罗、氯霉素、磺胺类、氯羟吡啶)的残留情况。盐酸克伦特罗检测采用酶联免疫法(ELISA),取206份猪肝、240份猪尿测定盐酸克伦特罗残留,阳性数分别为19、23,阳性率分别为9.22%、9.58%;氯霉素检测采用酶联免疫法,取150份鸡肝测定氯霉素残留,阳性数为15,阳性率为10.00%。磺胺类药物和氨羟吡啶检测采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),取50份猪肝、50份鸡肝测定磺胺类药物残留,结果全为阴性;取100份鸡肝测定氯羟吡啶残留,结果全为阴性。检测结果不容乐观。In order to investigate the situation of drug residue in animal products, we collected animal products randomly from several piggeries,broiler farms and supermarkets in the suburb of Beijing. The residues of clenbuterol, chloramphenicol, sulfonamides and clopidol were detected. The residues of clenbuterol was assayed in 206 samples pig livers and 240 samples pig urine by ELISA. The result showed that 19 samples of pig liver and 23 samples of pig urine were positive, and the positive rate were 9. 22% and 9. 58%, respectively. 150 samples of chick liver were assayed the residues of chloramphenicol by ELISA, 15 samples among them were positive and the positive rate was 10. 00%. The residues of Sulfa drug in 50 samples of pig liver and that of chick liver were detected by HPLC, and the residues of clopidol in 100 samples of chick liver were all negative.
