摘　　要：研究了采用尿素包合法从豆油脱臭馏出物中浓缩α-生育酚的工艺,通过单因素试验和正交试验对影响包合效果的四个因素的不同水平进行了优选,得出了最佳工艺条件。The technology was studied on preconcentrating α- tocopherol from deodorized distillation of soybean oil by ureainclusion method. Single factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted to obtain the optimum conditions of urea inclusion.As a result, the optimum technology parameters were obtained.
