摘　　要：法律语言极具权威性,且针对性很强。法律英语作为一门专业英语,其用词具有准确、拘谨、费解、对模糊语言等特点。其中,准确性特征是法律英语的灵魂和生命之所在。因此,认真分析法律英语用词的这一核心特征及其表现形式有利于我们更好地把握法律英语用词的准确性。The legal language is authentic and more targeted. As a special English, the lexicon of the legal English is characterized by its precision, rigidity, obscurity and purposed vagueness. Precision is the soul and life of the legal English language. Thus, it is of a great help for us to analyze the key features and its forms so as to have a correct understanding of it.
