摘 要:本文采用红外光谱法及二阶导数谱对不同批次的溶栓胶囊(Plasmin capsules)进行无损快速鉴别研究。实验研究表明,不同批次的溶栓胶囊其蛋白(酶)的成分都和原料有不同程度差别,并且加入的辅料的量也有较明显的不同。辅料的添加量直接影响溶栓胶囊的生物活性。最后对各个批次的溶栓胶囊做重复性实验,发现红外谱图有一定的波动,说明药品的均匀性较差。Different batches of Plasmin capsules were identified fast and nondestructively by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR) combined with Second derivative spectra in this paper. Ensuing from the researches, the enzy-mic protein of different batches of Plasmin capsules differ from that of raw material in various degrees and also the quantities of the complements of these batches are obviously distinct. The quantities of the complements influence the bioactivities of Plasmin capsules directively. Finally,we do the repetitive experiment of every batch. It is proved that the ingredients of Plasmin capsules are not well - proportioned because the figures of Fourier Transform Infrared Spec-troscopy of them are instable.
