摘　　要：随着经济的日益全球化和技术创新步伐的日益加快,企业之间的竞争变得更加复杂和激烈。一个企业要想在竞争中取得竞争优势并实现可持续发展,必须通过不断创新、创建学习型组织、提高人员素质、发挥自身优势等途径和方法打造和提升企业的核心竞争力。With the rapid economic globalization and technical innovation, the competition among enterprises is getting more complicated and heated. To be predominant in the competition and realize the continuous development, an enterprise must adopt such means as creating the system, establishing the study organization, improving the personnel quality and giving a full play of its own advantages in order to establish and enhance the essential competitive power.
