摘　　要：通过加强实践教学环节和生产实习基地的建设,突出了教学、科研和生产的紧密结合,突破了以课堂为中心的教学模式,从而进一步加强了对学生实践能力和创新精神的培养.By using the method of documentary, questionnaire and s tatistics, this article has summarized the healthy sports prescription's experience of sports colleges since 1990. The authors make analysis on the physique of the students after apply the healthy sports prescrip tion and make some opinions. In order to offer theoretical foundation for the college students to a pply the healthy sports prescription in our sports colleges , we should use the researching achievements of other countries for reference.
