摘　　要：从心理特征入手 ,在兴趣、能力、气质、性格等四个方面研究和实践体育教育如何因人而易、因材施教 ,培养和发展学生良好个性品质的问题。In light of personal psychological character, the article have conducted some researches and practice in the four aspects: interest, ability, temperament and personality, on the problem of how P.E. teaching should vary with each individual and book in order to cultivate and develop with students' health character.
