摘 要:将点燃式发动机改造成为燃用高比例(M85)甲醇的发动机时,由于甲醇燃料汽化潜热很大,因此其混合气的预热是一关键问题。通过对两种预热方案的比较,认为增加进气管预热面积是解决此问题的最佳方案。试验证明,这种方案可使负荷率为60%以上区间的最大节油率达7%,并能明显地改善发动机在这个负荷范围内的稳定性。When a spark ignition engine is to be modified into an engine burning blended fuel with high methanol content(M85), preheating of burnable mixture is one of the key problems because methanol fuel has a high latent heat of vaporization. Based on the comparison of two different preheating methods, it is realized that increasing preheating area of intake manifold is the best way for solving the problem in methanol engines. The experimental results prove that this method is able to save fuel up to 7% under more than 60% loading rate of the engine and evidently improve the operating stability within the range of above mentioned loads.
