摘　　要：目的 :探讨大面积脑梗死的早期 CT表现特征。资料与方法 :回顾性分析经初诊、复查及临床证实的 2 7例大面积脑梗死患者的 CT资料和临床特征 ,讨论其早期 CT表现特点。结果 :大面积脑梗死 CT早期主要表现为皮髓质交界模糊 ,邻近脑室、脑池、脑沟略受压等轻度脑组织水肿占位效应 ,有时可表现出密度略降低。结论 :早期Objective To evaluate the CT features in early great area cerebral infarction. Methods Retrospectively analysieg 27 cases patients of great area cerebral infarction and disscuss its early characteristics of CT. Results Its early characteristics of CT are that the border between cortices and medullae are blurry and that mass effect of brain tissue lightly swelling such as ventricular, cerebral succuses and cisterns nearby are pressed slightly. Sometimes can showed density slighly reduced. Conclusion CT features early can provide valuable evidences of imaging in early diagnosing great cerebral infarction.
