摘　　要：21世纪前10年,北京市社会、经济的快速发展,对体育专业人才需求发生了新的变化。依据这些变化,体育专业人才发展战略目标是培养适应北京市社会经济发展需求的高素质、强能力、复合型的体育专业人才。实现战略目标的具体措施有:确立培养目标;调整课程结构;完善学分制;提高教师综合素质;加强教材建设;扩大研究生教育等。With the rapid development of social economy in the first ten years of 21' century in Beijing, there are some changes in the need for personnel in sports field. Based on these changes, this article points out that developing strategy of personnel in sports field is cultivating high quality, competent and compound sports talents. The concrete measures are as follow: establishing cultivation objective, adjusting the structure of curriculum, perfecting credit system, advancing teacher's comprehensive quality; enhancing teaching material construction, expanding postgraduate education.
