摘　　要：目的 研究晚期盆腔恶性肿瘤的介入治疗的临床价值。方法 采用Seldinger技术经股动脉插管法对22例经病理证实的盆腔恶性肿瘤行介入治疗;其中6例在灌注后用明胶海绵进行了栓塞。结果 绝大部分患者的出血、腹水、患部疼痛得到缓解。CT随防显示明显有效2例,轻微有效15例,效果不明显5例。仅有1例在化疗后出现臀部疼痛、红斑和溃破,且在短期内恢复正常,其余21例病人均为正常。结论 髂内动脉药物灌注加明胶海绵 栓塞治疗后无严重并发症发生,可作为综合治疗中的一个很好的方法。Objective To study the clinical value on interventional treatment of late pelvic malignancies. Methods Inter-ventional treatment in 22 cases with late pelvic malignancies confirmed by pathological method was performed using the method of Seldinger. Gelfoam fragments were performed in 6 patients. Results The clinical symptoms e. g. bleeding, ascites and local pain etc in most patients were alleviated. CT showed that effective cases were two,mild effective cases were fifteen, no effective were five. Only 1 patient appeared pain, erythema and ulcer of buttock after chemothertapy, the others were normal. Conclusions No severe complications occurred after interventional treatment via internal iliac arteries, it could be used as one of the combined treatment.
