摘　　要：目的 :探讨E 钙黏素 (E cad)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法检测E cad在32例正常卵巢、38例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤及106例上皮性卵巢癌中的蛋白表达 ;RT PCR技术检测31例上皮性卵巢癌E cadmRNA的表达 ,以凝胶成像分析系统进行分析。结果 :E cad的表达在正常卵巢表面上皮未见 ,在恶性组中低于良性组 (P<0 05) ,且与临床分期有关 (P<0 05)。E cad表达阳性者生存时间长于表达阴性者(P<0 01)。结论 :E cad的表达与卵巢癌的分化程度、浸润转移等恶性行为有关。E cad可作为评价上皮性卵巢癌生存预后的指标。Objective:To study the expression of Eˉcadherin(Eˉcad)in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods:In the samples of32normal ovaries,38benign epithelial ovarian tumors and106epithelial ovarian carcinomas,the protein expression of Eˉcad was detected with an immunohistochemical analˉysis.Results:The Eˉcad expression was absent in normal ovarian surface epithelium.The Eˉcad expression in the epithelial ovarian carcinoma was lower than that in the benign epithelial ovarian tumor(P<0.05).As to clinical stages,the Eˉcad expression in I～II stages was higher than that in III～VI stages(P<0.05).The survival time in the persons with positive expression of Eˉcad was significantly longer than that in the persons with negative expression of Eˉcad(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Eˉcad expression is associated with tumor malignancies,such as invasion and metastasis,and it may act as the prognostic index to evaluate the epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
