儿童激光泪道成形术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　评价儿童的泪道阻塞和慢性泪囊炎施行Nd :YAG激光泪道成形术的疗效。方法　将带针芯泪道探针按常规探通方法探至泪道阻塞处 ,拔出针芯 ,插入光纤达阻塞处 ,激光击射至击穿为止 ,联合药物灌注。共治疗 3 7例 3 9眼。结果　随访 3～ 12月 ,治愈 3 2眼 (82 0 5 % ) ,失败 7眼 (17 95 % )。结论　激光治疗儿童泪道阻塞性疾病安全有效 。Objective To evaluate the effects of pulse Nd:YAG laser on childrns′s lacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis.Methods A cannula with probe was used in the routine way to find out the obstruction site.Then removed the probe,conducted the laser fiber to the site and fire was set repeatedly until a breakthrough was gained.37 cases (39eyes) with lacrimal duct obstruction were treated in combination with drug irrigation.Results After 3-12 months follow_up,32 eyes (82 05%) were recovered,and 7 eyes (17 95%) remained obstruct.Conclusion Laser surgery is safe and effective for children′s lacrimal duct obstruction.
