摘　　要：多药耐药是肿瘤细胞在接受化疗过程中的重要生物学行为 ,也是肿瘤临床化疗失败的主要原因之一。本文根据国内外文献 ,结合作者的研究结果 ,较为全面地论述了肿瘤多药耐药发生机制与中药逆转研究进展。Multidrug resistance (MDR) is an important biologi ca l behavior of tumor cells in chemotherapy. And it is also one of the major cause s of clinical chemotherapy failure. According to the literature at home and abro ad, and combining with the results of anthors’ investigations, this paper mainl y discusses the mechanism of tumor cells’ MDR and its reversion by Chinese herb s.
