四种术式治疗结膜松弛症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨4种手术方法治疗结膜松弛症的疗效。方法:对24例结膜松弛症患者随机分组,分别应用结膜新月形切除、眼轮匝肌移位缩短术、结膜缝线固定术、结膜切除羊膜移植术进行治疗,术后随访观察疗效并进行泪河测量。结果:手术后随访6m,各组的有效率:结膜新月形切除术组为87.5％,眼轮匝肌移位缩短术组为66.6％,结膜缝线固定术组为75.0％,结膜切除羊膜移植术组为60.0％。4种术式疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:4种手术方法治疗结膜松弛症均有效。Objective: To compare the effects of 4 surgical techniques to treat conjunctivochalaiasis. Methods: Twenty-four cases of conjunctivocha-laiasis were treated by using the following techniques: crescent-shaped resection of redundant conjunctiva, sphincter palpebrarum decurtation and displacement, conjunctival fixation to the sclera, or conjunctival resection and amniotic membrane transplantation. Tear meniscus was measured after surgery. Results: Follow-up visits were made six months after surgery. Improvement was indicated in 87. 5% in crescent-shaped resection, in 66. 6% in sphincter palpebrarum decurtation and displacement,75.0% in conjunctival fixation to the sclera, and 60. 0% in conjunctival resection and amniotic membrane transplantation. There were no significant differences(P > 0.05) in the four techniques. Conclusion: The four surgical techniques were effective to some degree in treating conjunctivochalaiasis.
