食管癌术前口服5-Fu糊剂加PVB方案联合化疗的临床及病理观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨食管癌术前口服 5 Fu糊剂加PVB方案联合化疗的疗效。方法　对比食管癌术前化疗组 2 7例和术前放疗组 30例的病理变化、副作用及临床效果。结果　按中国常见恶性肿瘤诊治规范标准 ,化疗组 2 7例 (CR 0例、PR 11例、MR 5例、SD 10例、PD 1例 ) ,有效率 5 9.3% ,病理改变I～III度 ,无肺纤维化反应。放疗组 30例 (CR 1例 ,PR 12例 ,MR 5例 ,SD 10例 ,PD 2例 ) ,有效率为 6 0 .0 % ,病理改变I～III度 ,有肺纤维化反应。结论　食管癌术前口服 5 Fu糊剂加PVB方案联合化疗的有效率与术前放疗相当 ,适用于各期适于手术的食管癌病人 ,尤其可应用于合并肺功能下降的不适于术前放疗的食管癌病人。Objective To explore the effectiveness of preoperative chemotherapy of the esophageal cancer with PVB (PDD+VCR+BYM) and oral 5-Fu cataplasm. Methods Contrast the pathological changes, the side effectiveness and clinical effectiveness of the two groups-chemotropic group 27 cases and irradiative group 30 cases. Results According to the standard of diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor, the effective rate (CR+PR+MR) was 59.3% of 27 cases in the chemotropic group (CR 0,PR 11,MR5, SD10, PD1), Ⅰ～Ⅲ pathological changes, no fibrothorax. The radiative group 30 cases (CR 1, PR 12, MR 5, SD10, PD2), the effective rate was 60.0% , Ⅰ～Ⅲ pathological changes, fibrothorax. Conclusion There was comparative effective rate between the two groups. Preoperative chemotherapy of the esophageal cancer with PVB and oral 5-Fu cataplasm could be used in all the esophageal cancer dissectible, especially to the patients with dysfunction of lung.
