马来丝虫贵州株传代的实验观察

摘  要:目的观察马来微丝蚴贵州虫株传代现象。方法分别用周期型马来丝虫贵州虫株f3 1和f2 5微丝蚴人工感染中华按蚊 ,在温度、相对湿度相同的条件下 ,观察幼丝虫在蚊体内发育情况。结果贵州虫株f3 1在感染中华按蚊后 2 4h解剖 ,仅在按蚊腹部和胃内可见脱鞘和未脱鞘的微丝蚴 ,第 2~ 9d未发现各期幼丝虫 ,经 6批次实验 ,结果相同。贵州虫株f2 5感染中华按蚊后 2 4h解剖 ,蚊胃内未发现微丝蚴 ,在胸部可见早期腊肠期 (L1)幼丝虫 ,第 2~ 9d解剖可见各期发育中的幼丝虫。结论贵州虫株f3 1马来微丝蚴经 6批次传代失败 ,可能与同一地方单一虫株的多次传代发生遗传突变有关。Objective To observe the experiments on propagating the species of different generation Brugia malayi Guizhou strain in laboratory. Methods Anopheles sinensis was experimentally infected with 31st generation of periodic microfilariae of Brugia malayi Guizhou strain f 31 (reproduced from 19th generation f 19 in our laboratory) and f 25 (same species and strain introduced from Dalian University of Medical Sciences). Development of f 31 and f 25 filaria larvae in infected mosquitoes was observed and compared successively after infection under temperature 28℃ and humidity 60~70% condition. The experiments on f 31 were conducted for 6 times. Results In mosquitoes infected with f 31 , only sheathed or dissheathed microfilariae were found in abdomen and stomach and the majority was dead 24 hours after infection, and there were no filaria larvae in the mosquitoes from 2nd day to 9th day after infection. In mosquitoes infected with f 25 , L 1 filaria larvae with a density of 11.5L 1/mosq. were found in throx 24 hours after infection, and there were filaria larvae of different development phase in 450 mosquitoes from 2nd to 9th day after infection. Conclusion The failure of f 31 in experiments for 6 times to propagate the species in laboratory might be related to the heredity mutation from generation to generation in same geographic strain.
