带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉

摘　　要：目的 评价采用带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 20例20眼均在显微镜下完成,行局部麻醉,取患眼鼻下方健康带结膜瓣的角膜缘上皮组织宽度2～4mm,长度根据翼状胬肉颈部宽度而定,将制作的移植片平移至胬肉切除区,对位缝合。结果 随访6个月～1年,未见胬肉复发,移植片全部存活,内眦部结膜平复,无新生血管侵入,供区角膜完全愈合。结论 该术式治疗翼状胬肉可以有效降低复发率,经济、方便及安全,与传统术式相比有较大进步。Objective To evaluate the effect in treatment of pterygium by transplantation of limbal cells with conjunctival flap. Methods All of 20 eyes in 20 cases have been operated on under the microscope,using local anesthesia,taking the healthy limbal epithelioma cornea with conjunctival flap below the affected eye, width of 2 - 4 mm,length in accordance with the width of pterygium neck part, transplanting the piece to the cutting pterygium part and sewing it up. Results After operation,follow-ups half to one year,all of the transplantation pieces survived, no pterygium appeared,incloud cornea smoothly,no neovascularization and supplied cornea was complete. Conclusion Treatment of pterygium by this kind of operation is cheap, convenient and safe,and can reduce the recurrence effectively.It is better than the traditional operation method.
