摘　　要：文章阐述新形势下高校文献资源建设面临的挑战,提出未来高校图书馆文献采访工作的新思路: “访”对于高质量的采访工作举足轻重;根据学科需要配置不同类型文献;多元化的文献采与访途径成为采访工 作发展的必然。The thesis expounds the challenge that the academic libraries are confronting in the new situation. And then suggest the new methods about acquisition work:'researching' is very important to the high- quality acquisition; Disposing different type of document based on subject; Diversified methods of acquisition must become evolutive inevitableness.
