摘　　要：目的 :分析精神分裂症患者发病前的心理社会因素与发病的关系 ,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法 :自行设计问卷 ,对住院治疗的精神分裂症患者 14 6例进行调查。结果 :精神分裂症患者 10～ 19岁年龄段占 30 82 % ,初中文化程度占 5 2 0 5 % ,性格内向占 6 3 0 1% ,有明显诱因占 71 92 %。结论 :精神分裂症与社会心理因素密切相关。应根据患者心理需要和个体差异 ,有针对性地制定干预措施 。Objective:To investigate the psycho-sociological factors of schizophreniacs before the disease comes on them and analyzes the relationship between psycho-sociological factors and oncome of the mental disease Method:The author interviews 146 schizophreniacs receiving hospitalization with questionnaine made by oneself Result:Among the schizophreniacs interviewed,30 82% was from 10 to 19,52 05% had completed their junior education,63 01% was introverts and 71 92% of them caused ill by evident incentives Conclusion:Schizophrenia is closely related to psycho-sociological factors Therefore,helpful measures,such as psychological nursing,should be worked out in accordance with different states of illness,various psychological demands and personal conditions in order to improve nursing level
