摘　　要：目的 :探讨前房维持系统在白内障术中的应用优势和操作要点。方法 :采用前房维持系统与可自行封闭的隧道切口结合对 919例 (14 19眼 )白内障患者施行手术治疗。结果 :证明该系统较传统的双腔抽吸灌注系统更能有效维持前房 ,更便于清除障质。缩短和简化前房操作时间和程序 ,术后并发症少 ,效果好。结论 :前房维持系统比传统的双腔抽吸灌注系统在白内障术中具有更大优势 ,简便易学 。Objective:To discuses the application advantages and operation key points of anterior chamber maintainer (ACM) in cataract operations Methods:The ACM system and automatically sealing tunnel cutting were compositely applied in 919 cases (1419 eyes totally) of cataract operation treatments Results:It is proofed that the above mentioned treatment system was more effective in anterior maintaining than the traditional double chamber sucking and filling system,which making cataract cortex extraction more easier,shortening time and simplifying procedures in anterior operation and lessening post operation complication as well Conclusion:The anterior chamber maintainer system operation is simple and easier to learn,and could be used in various types of cataract treatment operations
