摘　　要：变迁中的社会分层现象是改革开放二十余年来日益凸现的一种社会格局,造成这一现象的原因是多方面的。它对当代青年的价值观产生了持久而深远的影响,其中,有积极的一面,也有消极的负面影响。为此,我国应尽快完善市场经济体系,树立新的公平观,并继续加大反腐力度,加强青年价值观教育,引导青年树立新时期的正确价值观。Changing social classification is a social situation which appears during the course of our carrying out the policies of reform and opening to the world. There are many reasons for that ,and young people's view of value has been greatly and deeply influenced both in active and in negative ways. Therefore, we should perfect market economy system as soon as possible, and establish people's view of justice. In the meanwhile,we should go on defeating corruption by enhancing the measures against corruption. We should improve our education on young people and guide them to establish a new and correct view of value in the new epoch.
