摘　　要：从提高学生全面素质,培养创新人才的目标出发,结合工作实践,阐述了高校学生工作思路,即以高尚的思想教育人,以文明的行为引导人,以优良的学风鼓舞人,以科学的管理规范人,以丰富的活动陶冶人,以优质的服务奉献人。Starting from the aim to raise the comprehensive quality of students and train the qualified people of innovation the article expounds the thinking of student work in colleges and universities with the working practice.It is educating people with noble thoughts,guiding people by civilized act,encouraging people with fine style of study,normalizing people by science management,moulding a person with varied activities and serving people with excellent service.
