几种植物花蕾体外抗脂质过氧化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究具有保健作用的8种植物花蕾提取物抗脂质过氧化作用.方法采用TBA法观察8种植物花蕾提取物对大鼠肝、肾、脑组织匀桨脂质过氧化.结果这些花蕾提取物均不同程度地降低大鼠肝、肾、脑组织匀桨脂质过氧化,作用强度与浓度成正比.结论这些花蕾提取物均不同程度具有抗脂质过氧化作用.ObjectiveStudy antilipid peroxidation of the eight flower bud.MethodsStudy the effect of the extract of the eight flower bud on lipid peroxidation of tissue homogenate of hiver kidney brain of rat with the method of TBA.ResultsLipid peroxidation of tissue homogenate of liver kidney brain of rat were inhibited markedly by the extract of the eight flower bud in varying degrees. The effect is ratio about consistency.ConclusionThe eight flower bud has the effect of antilipid peroxidation.
