摘　　要：地域根植性是企业集群的重要特征,本文从现象和理论演进的角度对企业集群的地域根植性的内涵及其成因进行了归纳,并提出了我国发展企业集群的政策着力点。One of important characters of enterprises clusters is its regional embeddedness.In the essay the definitions of regional embeddedness of enterprises clusters and its formation mechanism are summarized in both facts and theoris.Meanwhile,the author put forward important proposals on how to develop enterprises clusters in China.
