摘 要:在分析总结国内外船舶智能避碰决策与控制系统研究成果的基础上,提出了该系统中总体结构模型、船舶会遇形势的划分、碰撞危险度决策、避让时机决策、AIS系统在该系统中的运用、不同船舶间的协调避让和来船动态对避碰决策的影响等关键问题的研究思路和设想,明确了今后进一步完善船舶智能避碰决策与控制系统的研究方向.Research on intelligent decisionmaking and controlling system of vessel collision avoidance is one of the main subjects in domestic and international marine field. Based on the analysis of recent researches on ship's intelligent collision avoidance decision making and controlling system, some ideas of studying on following items have been presented in this paper: establishing the whole structure of the system, defining ship's encounter situation, decisionmaking on degree of collision risk between two ships, determining the proper opportunity of collision avoidance action, application of AIS system in decisionmaking on ship collision avoidance, coordinating collision avoidance action between ships and the effects of the route information of the coming vessel on collision avoidance action. The ideas given here is beneficial to the researches on a systematic and practical ship's intelligent collision avoidance decisionmaking and controlling system.
