摘　　要：在现代给药系统中,微粒(微球与微胶囊)工程已占有非常重要的地位,对于控制释放系统而言,重要的是载体材料及制作方法的选择。新材料的开发及新方法的引入必将为给药系统带来新的飞跃,本文介绍了高分子微胶囊药物的制备技术和应用,综述了壳聚糖载药微胶囊的研究进展。The carrier drug microsphere (or microcapsule) is wry important for controlled - release drug nowdays. The materials and preparation methods are the key for the control release system. The basic preparation method and application of the polymeric carrier drug microsphere are introduced in the paper, and the research advance of the chitosan carrier drug microcapsule is also summarized.
