摘　　要：定义了智能客户需求获取系统,对智能客户需求获取系统进行了总体结构设计,并对其关键技术进行了研究。This paper gives the meaning of intelligent acquirement of customer requirement system, puts forward the structure of intelligent acquirement of customer requirement system and introduces the key technologies of this system.
