摘　　要：探讨了齿轮用20CrNi2Mo钢带状组织的形成机理,形成条件及影响因素,分析了带状组织对齿轮渗碳层的影响,规定了齿轮用钢带状组织的允许范围,通过工艺试验,找出了消除20CrNi2Mo钢带状组织的方法。It is discussed in this paper the formation mechanism, formation condition and impact factors of banded structure in 20CrNi2Mo steel used for gears. It is analyzed the effect of banded structure on carburized layer of gears and specified the permissible scope of banded structure of this gear-used steel. It is also found the solution to eliminate the banded structure in 20CrNi2Mo steel through technological experiment.
