摘  要:利用微波加热技术,用MARS-5(美国CEM公司)微波高压制样装置消解污泥样品,优选出酸消解体系、消解时间、酸用量等最佳条件,以钒钼黄比色法测磷,与传统的干、湿消化法相比,该法更加简单、快速、环境污染少,并且具有良好的精密度、准确性,结果满意。A special method for determination of phosphorus in sludge is introduced in this paper. The sludge sample is digested to establish the optimum acid digestion system with MARS-5 equipment by microwave technology under high pressure. After choosing the optimized parameters such as digestion time and acid dosage, the amount of phosphorus in sludge is determined by Vanadium-Molybdenum spectrophotometric. Compared with the traditional method, it is a simple, rapid, accurate and less pollution method to detect the amount of phosphorus in sludge, and the results are proved to be satisfactory.
