摘  要:目的:建立一种快速测定人工肾透析液中的阳离子Na^+、K^+、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+),和阴离子Ac^-、Cl^-的新方法。方法:分别采用单柱阳离子色谱法和双柱阴离子色谱法测定人工肾透析液中的阳离子和阴离子。结果Na^+、K^+、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Ac^-和Cl^-的线性范围分别是0.01~10,0.1~10,0.05~10,0.05~10,0.09~20,0.03~10ug·mL^(-1),相关系数r分别为0.999 8,0.9996,0.007 8,0.996 4,0.9995,0.999 6(n=5),每种离子测定结果的RSD均小于4%。结论:此方法简便快速,灵敏准确,优于其它方法。Objective:To introduce a new rapid detennination method of cations and anions in dialysis solution for artificial kidney.Method.The single column cationioc coromatography and the double columns anionic chronatograny were used to determine cations(Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+)and anions (Ac and CI)respectively,Results Linear responses have been obtained in the following ranges for Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2,Ac and CI,respectively:0.01-10(t=0.9996),0.05-10(r=0.9978).0.05-10(r=0.9964).0.09-20(r=0.9995),0.03-10μg·mL-1(r=0.9996).The reprodueibility was also good(RSD<4%.n=5).Conclusion.The results showed that it is a quicl and simple method with convenience,accuracy and sensitivity,Therefore,it can be applied in rapid qualitative and quantitative determination of cations and anions in dialysis solution for artilicial kidney.
