摘　　要：目的　了解医学生个性特征与抑郁的关系 ,为开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法　采用Zung编制的抑郁自评量表 (SDS)和龚耀先修订的《艾森克个性问卷》对中山大学 62 2名临床医学本科生进行调查。结果　医学生SDS均分为 (35 .2 2± 6 .84)分 ,抑郁检出率为1 0 .2 % ,抑郁与个性的各维度均显著相关 ,N、E维度尤为明显。结论　医学生的个性特征与抑郁密切相关。Objective To study the relations of personality trait to depression and to provide the basis for implementation of mental health among medical students.Methods Six hundred and twenty-two undergraduate clinical medicine students from Sun Yat-sen University were surveyed by using Zung's Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Eysenck' Personality Questionnaire revised by Gong Yaoxian.Results The mean SDS scores was 35.22±6.34, and the prevalence rate of depression was 10.2%. Depression was correlated with four dimensions of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, especially with the dimensions of neuroticism (N) and extroversion (E).Conclusion Personality traits of medical students are correlated with depression.
