摘 要:发动机机油消耗与颗粒物排放具有密切关系,降低机油消耗是控制颗粒物排放的有效途径之一,降低机油消耗措施的有效性评估依赖于发动机机油消耗的精确测量。本文叙述了差压式机油消耗测量系统的工作原理,结合在6135ZLCa和D6114ZLQA型柴油机上的实测数据对测量中传感器精度、冷却水温波动、大气压强波动等影响测量精度的各因素进行了深入分析和专项试验,提出了减小测量误差、提高测量精度的措施。本文所做的研究工作对以测量液面高度、液体容积为对象的其他各种机油耗测量方法来说,也具有参考意义。Reducing oil consumption is an effective measure to control the particulates emission from internal combustion engine because of the close relation between oil consumption and particulates emission.The evaluation of the effectiveness to decrease oil consumption depends on the oil consumption measurement precision.The principle of engine oil consumption measurement system by the differential pressure method is presented in this paper.The factors influencing the precision,such as the measuring accuracy of sensor,the temperature fluctuation of cooling water,and the change of atmospheric pressure are analyzed with the data of 6135ZLCa and D6114ZLQ diesel engines.Authors also presented the measure to improve the precision of the system.The conclusion of the research can be used for reference by other oil consumption methods concerning oil level or volume.
