摘　　要：随着国家有关法律、政策的实施及市场经济的发展,高等院校采购工作应适应新形势,建设完善的采购体系,从建设好规章制度入手,做好采购全过程的管理,强化监督机制。With the actualization of the relevant laws and policies and with the development of market economy, collective purchase in colleges and universities must adapt to the new situations, to perfect collective purchase, which should begin from the construction of rules and regulations, strengthen the administration of the whole purchase course and consolidate supervision system.
